No clue....just hadn't posted in a few days. Man I'd hate for anyone to suffer DT's.

I've been involved in an all-out assault against some variety of microorganism that has taken up temporary residence in my sinuses and nasal passages. Pesky little buggers! Sudafed and bendaryl to the rescue though. Yeah they don't really "treat" the problem, just the symptoms. But I think I've gotten by pretty good. Just hope they don't come back in a bad mood!!! We'll have to go to full biological warfare then.

I started walking again, and throw a little running in also. It's feeling really good, and a nice way to unwind after work. I missed today's though....too danged cold, plain and simple.
