Mountain Dew

I love some good old Bluegrass, like Flatt & Scruggs.  However, as opposed to the subject of this song, I prefer my "mountain dew" to be made from a grain mixture of at least 51% corn, aged in charred, new oak barrels, distilled to no more than 160 proof, barreled at no more than 125 proof, and bottled at no more than 80 proof, and aged for several years, preferably in a store house that rotates the barrels from top to bottom....otherwise known as Bourbon Whisky.
