Getting ready to enjoy the 28th Annual Mal's St. Paddy's Day Parade in Jackson, MS. If you've never been, shame on you! It's reported to be the third-largest St. Patrick's parade in the United States, so get on down here tomorrow!
Think New Orleans-style Mardi Gras fun, but fit for the family! The day starts with a 5k run, children's activities, a pet parade benefiting the Mississippi Animal Rescue League, then the Parade itself, which raises funds for the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children.
And no, that's not a King Cake...Carnival Season is long gone. It's a Paddy-Cake!
