Well, I wanted to write an introspective post for my birthday. I started writing a few days ago. After a few paragraphs introspect turned into a borderline depressive missive. My mind goes into dark places sometimes. The draft got deleted tonight. In its place, I'm starting up my own Bucket List. Here are two that have been on my list for a LONG time.

I want to see the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra in Boston on the Fourth of July. I want to feel the concussion from the fireworks over the Charles River for the finale. I want to hear Beethoven's 9th Symphony at The Proms in London....all the while having no idea where my tastes for classical music comes from...
