Last year I did very well with physical exercise, walking/running 3 or 4 days a week. But through a host of events and other non-excuses, I fell away from it. Well today is the day to start back....just a short mile for the next week or so until I get used to it again. After that, I'll start to stretch it out a little bit at a time.
I remember seeing your grandparents walking every single day...except Sunday.
