I spent the day in Indianola, with my counterpart from the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, as we monitored the winter weather conditions across our district. During the course of the morning, Indianola had an apartment fire, so we rode down with the county emergency management director. I'm more involved in EMS/Rescue now, but sometimes miss the firefighting...sometimes.
