The basic economic principle of supply & demand.  Or, in my case, demand & supply.  I had a need for a new office chair, and Office Depot had the supply, and on sale!  Twenty minutes after opening the box, and more than a few foul words grunts later, I have this sitting in my home-office now!

The old chair to the right occupies a space on my carport now for a while.  If you want it, let me know.  Otherwise, it may end up out by the mailbox before long.
