U.S. Representative Hank Johnson from Georgia's 4th Congressional District.  The esteemed Congressman Johnson is questioning a US Navy Admiral about excessive troops being stationed on the island of Guam.  Listen carefully, especially to his question at about 1:20 on the video timer.



All I can say is the admiral has way more "cool" than I would have had in the same circumstance.  And that I'm SO glad that Mississippi didn't send this guy to Washington!
